First, welcome to our website! Sharp Line Design and Constr., Inc. does a variety of construction services. We are licensed to do Residential and Commercial building and will assist you in having plans designed, drafted, and engineered to complete your project on time and in budget.

We also provide Contractors and even homeowners, with jobsite supervision (see our Services section for more info). In the heyday of the building boom, Sharp Line had four superintendents working for them in three different subdivisions, as well as building offsite homes. Of course, today, it is mostly the owner’s job to supervise projects.

We use a very reliable group of subcontractors that provide the best quality at a good price to keep the overall job cost down where it should be. This also helps control costs when doing small jobs, which most likely will cost more per square foot than much larger projects.

Recently we have completed two major renovations for two different local churches.  The first one was the complete overhaul of a building right down to pouring a new concrete floor and all new interior walls and ceiling. The second involved building an exterior pavilion and remodeling the existing interior music area. If you attend a church that needs a contractor for remodeling, please have them give us a call.
